It’s very helpful if we stay aware of what we come from.
All of the quaint pin-point locations and nations and cultures and chromosomes we’re part of, sure are fun. The great lives of our forebears is important to hear about, as far as what we can be similarly; that’s cool too.
Let all the good things in Earth’s yearbook be a guide-inspiration-reminder, as they should and can. And we learn from the less-than-good ones and the bad ones too. We don’t have to miss the boat. It sails all the time, and we can figure when and what to bring, each of us.
The ‘what-was’ can keep us turned toward what the way ‘is’ and on our way, as we get the good part. It’s so good to know that we can go ‘up there’ from ‘right here’ without going back ‘down there’ even though we’re from ‘there’ but didn’t know what was up at the time we were down.
Use ‘was’ only to get to what we all want ‘is’ to be like.
Can you believe it, that what’s good for you is the same for me and that the way there is through everyone’s being accepted and liberated and cared about and up-to-speeded here? Don’t think that the crash-n-burn-everybody-but-us plan is the same as air, water, and an open space to move around in- of course it isn’t.
Why isn’t it? It’s because love is this thing we’re on.
Love is the open system of the universe.
Sounds quaint, but it is important to understand this. To start to understand, we need merely think a little along these love lines. And then everything starts to line up. Because love is the line we are on, and it will line us back on if we want, anytime, no problem.
What’s amazing is the beauty we can sense, once we get that everything is actually in love’s orbit. The better we see the orbit, the bigger it is. The orbit is beautiful because it was made to hold all of everything that was ever made.
All the geography, and cool tourist stops, and genealogy and mistakes we make, all these pale compared to love’s gorgeous picture.
Enjoy your view.
